我对本虫事件的看法

1. 我觉得大家忽略了最重要的一点：本虫（在大家的帮助下）作出的反应达到了最重要的目的，实现了最好的效果。我觉得，可以肯定，打人者想把本虫永远地压制住。这是她打人的动机。现在，不但她的目的没有达到，本虫反而占了上风。
2. 到现在为止，特别是在事件初期，本虫的反应/处理正确。她没有越过直接上级，这对于她的老板来说是很重要的，因此她的老板会认知她是一个reasonable person. Down the road this is good for her. Still, they got the matter to HR for record. There is hardly any advantage to press charge or bring in the police for a non-verifiable incident.
3. Based on the above, I think the best thing to do tomorrow is for her to just state the truth, to be herself. Not play and tricks. Not to intend to achieve something. If you did, somewhere you would not be consistent. Once you are proven inconsistent, your credibility will be hugely discounted, and all the edge you have gained will vanish.

My two cents, just can not do it in 人民币，打字慢。Hopefully this makes sense and can be somehelp for 本虫.
