I totally agree with you.

Actually, the group leader has taken my credit and I can feel that she is worried. I am not very happy about her taking my credit, but I am new and she is here for 3 years. So that is why I lay low because I do not want to irritate her. In fact, I do not have interest in the Group leader position. I do not have any ambition. I just want to do a good job and bring my paycheck back and enjoy my life. When I discuss this with my friend, they said even that is what I am, but my colleague will not think so. And I found that most people want to show they are better, when they failed, they start to do things behind your back.

Usually, I will not confront anybody. I just do not like to do that. I did it this time since she lies right in front of me about me. I feel there is no way but correct her. And now here I am.

I will keep you updated.
