Send complaint email to both your manager and her manager. If the matter still continues, talk to your mamager, suggesting a meeting called by your manager with her and her manager. If you work in a "normal" company, they still think that you should talk with your management about problem in the business. The management has an interest in the company's satisfactory opertation.
