我一直在做MSSQl server 工作(8年),

但想做ORacle 工作,上个月自学,考过oracle OCA 证书.
我现在在的矛盾是,想转到ORacle管理员工作,只有oca证书,我又没什么经验,,工资肯定不高,很是矛盾.请问过来人有没有同样的经历? 老土,你有什么建议?
-- Some company need both Oracle and SQL Server DBA skills, you can try to land a job in these kind shop.
-- Oracle experience can be gained in practice.

另外,如果找的还是SQL Server 工作,我OCA证书要不要写简历上?
-- Yes, it will not hurt, company may hire you for the reason of you know both.
-- After Oracle purchase Sun, MySQL will go away after couple of years. SQL Server will have a bigger market share after that.
-- Keep learning Oracle and SQL Server is a good direction to go.
