My two pennies:
0. I believe Yes. It appears that both A and B need their own jobs and it appears that they both have been depending on you or even your poor performance to make themselves feel safer. Nobody seems to be wanting your job.
1. You are beaten by your obsession with the green card--not by A, or B.
2. Prioritize--integrity and quality work first, green card whatever.
3. Dump fear--Green card will happen if it is meant to happen. Trust will happen if your boss needs you to keep his job.
