I was used as a gun to shoot at the golden boy

since he is taking over the shining spot from my boss. My boss wanted to use me to put golden boy back to his place. I knew this from start and was gald to do so since he is such a big fraud.

But it is not good for me since he is the golden one because of his position in the main program.

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do, either not expose him and offend my boss or expose him and put myself into a hot spot. I chose the second since my boss is the only reason I am still here.

But it did give me a power that now if anything bad happen, I can go to HR or even a lawyer directly to complain about retaliation. I guess whatever will happen will be subtle and hard to capture. I will keep record for eveything happened to me from now on.
