想不negative,可是...

在一家小公司干了三个月,想换工作了. 因为公司管理混乱, 而且每个人的压力都很大,气氛很压抑. 要是面试是被问到reason for leaving是应该怎么说呢? 实话实说人家会认为我negative,可是才干三个月就换工作,说什么理由比较好呢?
