That is what I worry,

He set up this company is try to help me and others improve/better ourselves, but due to his psychological problem, because one year ago, he fired his best friend in order to save company's benefit, after that, he regreted he did that but lost his best friend, his guilty consumed him, could not get over it,that is why he doesn't want to involve in new company, but would help me to succeed is his promise, now I worry later new company will stop and go due to his fluctuation of emotion, that is why the new company delayed for nearly 10 months, I could not afford another 10 months to wait.
