面试归来

昨天面试归来，面试我的是CEO 和HR，对方要求提供REFERENCES，今天给了他们两位，请问REFERENCE CHECK 主要问些什么问题？是CHECK 我的工作能力还是为人处事？是否是如果REFERENCE CHECK 没有问题的话，就基本上可以定下来了？

另，前天电话面试的时候，HR问我有关薪水要求，她告诉我这个职位的薪水大致在90K-130K，加BONUS，不好意思地说，当时一听还是心中窃喜，于是就对她讲了，我觉得根据我的经验和能力，认为自己应该在工资范围的上限，HR 说OK,只要在BUDGET内就行。昨天没有谈到工资问题，但看得出似乎他们对我还是蛮感兴趣的，现在自己有点想再要价高一点，诸如130K-150K，加BONUS， 是否可以有一天WORK AT HOME， 毕竟开车要1个小时20分钟的车程，当他们谈论薪水时是否可以这样再抬高一点还是见好就收？如何谈比较有策略性？
