想了解有关Equity Trading的工作

Equity Trading的工作是否就是做股票买卖
不知有否人做过或熟悉有过关Equity Trading的工作，具体怎样的工作。是不是并非用自己的钱，但是替别人做，有报酬，做得好越多。
