岁月匆匆我还是我，为了公平的公审你老公，俺也提几个问题，

希望你诚实回答：

1. 我们财务分开，他养儿子和我...我基本不花钱，除了吃饭。--你日常生活开销在花他的钱，还是你自己的钱？

2. 我的钱存起来，为了我们家。--举个有说服力的例子，比如在供房子/车子/孩子的教育什么的，而不是将来的打算。

3.买衣服和旅游消遣我自己掏钱。--of course,他同样的行为是不是问你要钱？

4.当初我怀孕生子时他说钱是他挣的，我没支配权，要存钱自己挣。那时说我挣钱就是我的私房钱，不用补贴家用。---我感觉，好像他是用"私房钱"来刺激你工作挣钱，而不是很表面地意思，在公平的基础上。

5.他的眼睛从来没有离开过我的钱袋。想方设法找我要。 ---请举个例子。

6.凭什么他的房子我就没份，凭什么他挣的钱我不能支配，--你们俩在同时供房么？还是“你的钱存起来”？

7.我不赞成用离婚来解决矛盾。---很同意，但有时很无奈。

我感觉：不管如何，感觉你们俩根本没戏了，不管错在你老公还是你，或者50%/50%，错误已经酿成，感情几乎没有，剩下的就是一个字：钱。

结论：不用公审，离了算了，如果不是为了孩子的话。
