Thanks for all information. They asked which one I prefer-- W2 or 1099? Is that any advantage between W2 and 1099? I used W2 contact for previous contract.

Agent just called me at $35, I said it's low. I have master degree, Cisco CCNA, CCNP, wireless experience and I need relocate from FL to Texas. I have home in FL too. I have other opportunity (lower pay than this one but better location) But I prefer this one in my heart. I don't need medical experience. At last they said he can gave me $40. I said I need reconsider.
They keep asking how much I am happy with. Can I ask $50 ($70X0.7)? Is it too much comparing 40$? How to negotiate? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
