Will be responsible for implementing a large consumer Chinese web site. Will manage issues such as cultural patterns, multi-byte language, tools automation, localization challenges. The position begins in Massachusetts and will move to Beijing, China after 6-8 months.

Candidate should have the following skills:

Fluency in Chinese(Mandarin or Cantonese) and English BS in Computer Science or equivalent (MS a plus)
8+ years of software development experience.
Experience in leading small and medium sizes engineering teams Must have working knowledge of the following:
- Design and code high-volume software primarily using Java.
- HTML/CSS/XML
- Strong working knowledge of Linux, Apache and SQL a plus
- Knowledge of i18n best practices (experience with Localization a plus).
-Previous experience working for a consumer web application such as eBay, Paypal, Yahoo is strongly desired.
