I just read the post 很苦恼，向职坛的XDJM们求建议 and would like to recommend books to everyone here. I think this is a popular problem for Chinese, we don't know how to communicate or deal with others, colleagues, etc. I am lazy to read books, so I download books and listen to those books on my way to work everyday(audible.com). Here is a good one to start: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Another one might be good(I didn't finish it yet) How to Win Friends & Influence People Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most I think we need to improve our communication skills and the way we deal with people, and change the way we behave, being proactive, as mentioned in the first book, we might be able to change our lives in the future.
