Well, if I werer your boss, I probably will take a look at your document, too.
you will leave for VACATION NOT "vocation" soon.
he usually LIKES NOT "like" to think and do things totally differently FROM NOT "to" other people.
he is unhappy about your ATITUDE NOT "altitude", etc, etc...
Have an open discussion with your boss and ask where he thinks you need to improve.
