谢谢， it makes sense. My previous salary is only a little bit higher than the high end of the junior level. So hopefully they will let me keep it. Besides, this position is not bonus eligible. They'll save some money there anyway.

只是万一他们要给pay cut, 我不知道如何说。我可以说自己的经验，不过他们完全可以argue说薪水是根据职位而不是经验来的. 而且后面一堆其他candidates等着，我没太多的bargain power :(
