Is the jobs in such a small company stable? Such as one ME, one or two EEs, one or two software Engineers, others are sales, marketing persons and bosses. Is the relationship easier to deal with than that in big companies?My previous experience were all in big companies. When layoff comes, the employee is just a number from top management point of view. Thank you!
