千万不要找大老板谈这种事!

本来没什么大事,如果正儿八经的开会,倒像是真有那么会事似地 - 你跟新老板有冲突!

问题可能出在两个方面:

1 。你跟老板的交流明显不够 - “经常直接向下安排工作,然后再告诉我”,显然你没有积极配合她的工作,新老板急需出成绩证明自己,你如果不在她认为重要的地方出大力气,她自然要亲自出马来派活了

2 。“今天发email给下边,让他们统一计算的方法(是我已经和合作的另外一个小组统一意见的)”Big mistake! Even you have agreed with another group, you need to discuss with the new boss first before issuing such important changes. You have shown little respect to her, in this case. Of courese you won't see the favorite response from her on this matter.

You need to re-think your strategy to work with her. Let her understand that you are willing to help her achieve all her annual goals. And you have the ability to help her achieve her annual goals.

将矛盾悄然化于无形,乃上上之侧也!
