Government job is ok when economy is bad, but not good

or at least not the best job when economy is good. You have the chance to make big $$$ in the private sector when economy is booming. In the government even if you make to the CFO level, you can only make around $180k plus 10% of 15% annual bonus, which is nothing compared to the income of company executives.
