Even though I’ll be staying with the company until the end of XYZ, I’m asking all of you to rally behind XYZ now and give him the same outstanding level of commitment that you’ve given me. He’s going to need you to operate well to keep the XYZ at best-ever levels, help our colleagues to better serve our customers.

As we re-gain our traction on the road to success – and I’m confident that we will! -- please remember that I mentioned in the PAST. First, be a good partner, not only across this organization but also with the others. It’s in our DNA. Second, be good communicators. That means not only talking to each other but listening to each other, as well. And third, be good to each others. We are such a talented and dedicated family!
