Manager的位置有那么重要吗？

我看我那manager就会用excel和word. 平时总是打电话或发邮件安排会议，订supply，和犹太老女人编报告，一有问题就到处问。我老板刚把她调到我们部门时，她还信誓旦旦地要学会我干的工作，她想supervise我工作，后来我老板找她谈过一次后她就知道她这辈子都不可能做我做的. 让她过来是让她做好服务工作，让我们能更方便的工作。象学校里的office manager管行政管理类的。
