老板不停挑剔，请教一下怎么办？

最近一个月，我的老板不停的鸡蛋里面挑骨头，明摆着想找借口fire我，或者要我自己主动走人，我也开始忙着找工作，今下午又和老板据理力争，发生了激烈争辩，感觉被fire近在眉睫，想请教一下大家，这种情况是我主动quit好，还是等她来fire？(听说被fire后再找工作比较困难，是不是主动quit对再找工作要好些？不过也听说被fire后可以拿笔钱，但不能肯定，俺是在一个类似清水衙门的研究单位，类似.org)。谢谢。
