面试中:问倒公司的有理有利有力的问题,答谢所有的热心人。

没时间具体细化,总的是几个方面的问题, 先从youtube看到一个介绍,然后自己加工出来。前提是你有机会问问题,否则就不好了。

position responsibilites.

1. What can I contribute to your company in the position?
2. What do you expect me to accomplish in the first 3 months, 6 months, year?

resource to accomplish the responsibilities

3. what equipments do you have to make your products?
4. what equipments do you have to test your products?
5. what softwares are you using to help for your products?

Level of authority

6. what is the level of the authority for this position? :)没加工

Performance evaluation

7. How do you evaluate your employee?

Culture of company

8. What is the culture of your company?

9.what is your lead style?
10. what is challenging in your work?
11.what aspects of your products are you satisfied with, unsatisfied with? how do you improve them?
12. what do you plan to lower your cost? improve your yield?
13. do you have any concerns about how I fit this position?

一般的,如果你问出这些问题的80%,一定可以impress公司面试官。而且他们往往处于了一个被面试的位置,尽管他们不这么看。

在昨天的面试里面,我几乎将同样的问题问了8个面试官,不同的人回答不同,我偷着乐,我就重复我的问题,看他们回答,省事省力了。结果是所有的人对我的印象,按那个公司的hr的说法是 favorable (这里也含我回答的因素了).

希望对求职的同胞有所借鉴。
