432.04（c）说违反这个规定是"minor misdemeanor"

Misdemeanor是要上犯罪记录的，一般超速只是infraction, 不上犯罪记录。当然交通犯罪一般公司调查背景时不在乎，但是有总不如没有。

交通律师能够和检方谈判，具体手段各地不同，一般是认罪宽大，交钱但是不上记录。
