【亲子】俊宝做香蕉蛋糕

昨天晚上比较空，带着俊宝做了一个香蕉蛋糕。用了一个最简单的食谱，方便宝宝执行。

他做得很开心哦！

 

材料：

3-4 熟透的 香蕉

1 杯 中筋面粉 （另准备 1/3 杯，根据面糊浓度调整）

1/2 杯/一条 有机无盐黄油 

2/3 杯 糖/有机红糖  （我用了 1/2 杯）

1 只  鸡蛋 （打散）

1 tsp 香草精

1 tsp 苏打粉

一小撮 食盐

半根香蕉 切片 装饰

一把 葡萄干 或 巧克力豆

 

 

 

1. 把熟透的香蕉去皮用叉子或压薯器压成泥。

2. 把黄油在炉子上或微波炉里融化，然后倒倒香蕉泥里，混匀。

3. 加入糖/红糖，盐和小苏打，混匀之后加入打散的鸡蛋，拌匀。

4. 加入面粉，拌匀。烤箱预热至 350 F/175 C。

5. 烤盘/盆铺上烤盘纸，然后把面糊倒到烤盘里。

6. 入烤箱烤制 35-40 分钟. 35分钟的时候用一根竹签插入试试，如果竹签抽出来是干净没有面糊粘着的，就好了。
