香蕉面包—不用发酵、完全不加糖的快手面包

这个香蕉面包是我的一个加拿大同学分享给我的，据说是她奶奶的方子。我比较喜欢的是，这个方子里面没有添加任何的糖，完全是利用香蕉自然的甜香。又好吃又健康，特别适合给家里人做。

原料：

低筋面粉270g

去皮香蕉325g

鸡蛋2个 （去壳后大概100g）

水 75g

黄油80g

泡打粉2g

小苏打4g

盐2g

坚果30g

烘烤：200℃预热，烤25分钟。
