轻断食和断主食:降低血糖效果明显

效果已经很好!

措施:

1. 断绝主食(执行了一个月,May/14/2020 开始)

2. 轻断食 (18:6 weekend;16:8 weekdays) (已经一个礼拜)

 

措施采取之前:

1.  空腹血糖:Nov/2019-May/2020 (每个月自己测一次):88 - 117

2.  体重:118 lbs

 

措施采取(May/14/2020 开始)之后(每月更新,坚持一年):

1. 空腹血糖:

 A) May/24/2020:88

B) Jun/5/2020: 78.5 (12-hour fasting)

C) Jun/6/2020: 69 (19.5 hours of fasting; and 5.5 hours biking during that 19.5 hours)

D) Jun/13/2020: 86 (19 hours of fasting; and 3.5 hours biking during that 19 hours)

E) Jun/28/2020: 85  (16:8 everyday.  No staple every day)

2.  体重:最低113 (每天都测)现在114.

希望继续坚持!

月初的每年例行检查,发现血糖A1C 有退步,但 FASTING GLUCOSE有进步:
