it is very common for a woman to spot/light bleed pinkish brown blood in the early pregnancy, this usually happens two weeks after conception when the "baby" implants itself in the uterus. It is pinkish brown color. It can last anywhere from two days to a few more. Hope this helps ease your mind.
But a pinkish pink appearance in the early pregnancy could indicate that there is a little blood in your secretions. Because of that, you MUST check with your doctor or midwife during the next 24 hours. All is probably well, but please do not delay.
