推荐一本历史小书，主要是欧洲史

"A little history of the world" by E. H. Gombrich. 写于1935年，Gombrich当时才26岁，在写他的艺术史博士论文之余写了这本给十岁左右的小朋友的通俗历史书，成为至今不衰的畅销书。

书不厚，也没什么要特别记忆的，但写得很生动，道理讲得很明白。可惜我小时候没读到过，但现在也有中译本了。
