请教热水里的黑点

PM给我房客的work order，说放热水里面有黑点，但是只是一个shower，一次想泡澡，放很多热水尤其明显。黑点可以smear。

这个duplex，一个热水器是2007的，另一个2020. 怀疑就是那个2007的开始不行了。请教一下flush值不值得？现在维修贼贵，随便什么都是两百块起。。。
