油酥肉火烧--外酥里嫩满室飘香

油酥肉火烧是在中国北方比较流行的街头小吃。特别是山东潍坊地区。火烧的品种各种各样。想想就好吃。想吃又去不了，那就自己做吧。

原料：
面团原料：面粉500g，水300g，酵母粉5g

油酥原料：面粉150g， 植物油100g

馅儿原料：肥瘦相间的猪肉500g，大葱200g，盐6g，姜末8g，生抽10g，老抽8g，花椒6g，开水20g，香油5g

先用平底锅煎到两面金黄，然后再放入烤箱烤。
烘烤：180℃预热，烤20分钟。
