回复：team lead太低了吧, 一直是HR的人和我谈

HR 是没法决定给你salary滴，因为他们并不懂你的skill 和experience level的，是不是？

一般，team 会根据skill need，budget，人员构成，决定雇个什么level的人，他们都会早早地和manager沟通好的。当然，decision making 应该是manager。但并非managers都喜欢micromanagement 的style的。
