Stop bragging something you have no clue of.

If you factor in the cost and the quality of system, I don't know you can even consider it a successful project.
It seems to me in China, the only goal is the short term benefit, people act like there is no consequence and there is no tomorrow. With that kind of mentality, I don't know what to say except best of luck.
