NYC朋友落叶归根回国退休的日子

一个NYC朋友海归。

卖了在NYC的房子$100万，加存款20万。

回去国内乡下小镇买了40万人民币的小楼。

其它700万人民币存国内银行，4%利息，每年28万收入。

过上了幸福的退休生活。
