说说招人阿。。

究竟招什么样的人来做事情呢。我的经验是，

hire for talents, not for experience. 这个反反复复的被证明是唯一可以提升team的手段。当然了，要求是，你做老板的能够retain talents. 同样的两个人在我的面前，特别是年轻人，一个有经验但是看上去比较循规蹈矩，一个没有太多的经验但是看上去很聪敏很能干，我一般给后面的机会。当然，也可能我很lucky, 一般都work out. 也会有问题拉，但是总体来说我觉得没有太多的complain。 这后面的总是想方设法的做到她／他最好的，我的工作是keep them inspired/motivated (that is when I feel motivated… or inpsired). LOL
