学院简介：The Nankai University School of Physics was founded in 1919 by Dr. Yutai Yao and Dr. Ta-you Wu who were the founding fathers of the study of physics in modern China.  It is one of those earliest established disciplines in Nankai University. During the anti-Japanese aggression war, Nankai University, together with Tsinghua University and Peking University, formed the National Southwestern Associated University, and accordingly the Associated Department of Physics. Among the outstanding representatives of the graduates are the great scientists such as Dr. Zhengdao Li, Dr. Chen-Ning Yang, Dr. Guangya Zhu and Dr. Jiaxian Deng. After the liberation, the Nankai University School of Physics took the lead in establishing the disciplines including Optics, Theoretical Physics, Solid State Physics and so on.

The School of Physics grants Doctor of Philosophy degrees on first-level national key disciplines and post - doctoral research stations. There are one national key discipline-Optics and one Tianjin key discipline-Physics, with the Key Laboratory of Weak Light Nonlinear Photonics (Ministry of Education) and the Key Laboratory of Information Photonic Materials and Technologies (Tianjin).

With the support from the state and the university, the research of the department has achieved accomplishments, and a healthy sustainable research environment has been formed. Today, the School of Physics has 132 faculty and staff. Around 170 undergraduate students and 130 graduate students are admitted each year by the School of Physics.

 

 

（一）高端人才岗位：

1.申报条件

中国科学院院士、中国工程院院士，国家“千人计划”创新人才长期项目、外专人才长期项目入选者，“国家特支计划”杰出人才、领军人才，教育部“长江学者”特聘教授，国家杰出青年基金获得者、海外知名高水平大学教授等。

2.学校提供待遇

（1）学校提供年薪人民币约90—120万元（税前），另提供社会保险和住房公积金等。

（2）住房补贴和安家费60—300万元；

（3）科研启动费文科50万元，理工科50—800万元。

高端人才岗位要求全职到岗工作，非全职工作可受聘南开讲座教授，按实际工作时间享受薪酬等待遇。

（二）百名青年学科带头人岗位：

1.申报条件

“南开大学百名青年学科带头人培养计划”面向全球遴选具有创新性和开拓性的杰出青年学科带头人，采取创新培养模式和长周期的考核机制，通过多层次全方位的重点培养，形成各领域高层次领军人才的重要储备。

人文社会科学类申报人年龄不超过45周岁，自然科学类申报人年龄不超过40周岁，国家“青年千人计划”入选者、“国家特支计划”青年拔尖人才和教育部“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者项目入选者优先申报。

2.相关待遇

“南开大学百名青年学科带头人培养计划”入选者在培养期内享受以下待遇：

（1）国家“青年千人计划”入选者、“国家特支计划”青年拔尖人才和教育部“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者项目入选者享受学校提供年薪约60—70万元（税前）；住房补贴和安家费50—150万元;

（2）其他入选者享受学校提供年薪约40—50万元（税前）；住房补贴和安家费20—90万元。

（3）科研启动费文科20万元，理工科50—300万元，入选国家青年千人计划的，同时享受国家提供的科研经费100—300万元。

（三）其他待遇

（1）学院可以在科研经费、生活补助等方面提供补充支持。

（2）学校、学院在实验办公条件、国际交流合作、人才项目或奖项申报等方面将给予优先支持。

（3）博士生和博士后专项招收指标。

（4）子女入学无忧。学校有师资优良的幼儿园（在校内），附属小学（有美国式校车，天津市知名小学）和附属中学（天津市南开区重点）。

（5）帮助解决配偶工作。

（6）提供周转住房。

特别突出的优秀拔尖人才可以就相关待遇和特殊需求面议。
