Anyone has ideas about Hyundai Sonata 08 electric problem

Hyundai sonata can not start suddenly in the morning. I let neighbor mechanics checked, one said the 4 cylinders do not have pressure, he want me to change the engine....

the other one said it is electric problem, he said it is not starter, not alternator, not timing chain problems.

I put a new battery already for sure it still stalls and not start at all. It has "KaKaKa" sound when turn the key but the car wont start anyway.

Anyone has ideas what it could be will be greatly appreciated. Sorry only can type English.
