购买旧车攻略

购买旧车比买新车要复杂很多，尤其是不懂车的朋友更是困难重重。但仔细分析起来也不是不可为之。下面的体会都是实践中来，也花了一定的学费，希望有参考价值，不足之处望大家补充。

开始着手买车前，你最好会开车，要有买什么车的基本目标。这里不推荐该买或不该买什么牌子的车款，否则永远讨论不完。

1.       旧车来源及特点

a.       车行二手车

经过整修，车况较好，有些还提供保修，但价格偏高。

b.      私人二手车

车况千差万别，风险高，价格偏低。

c.       租车公司卖车

车很新，里程数很高，价格低廉

看来没有两全齐美的了，这就是现实，你自己权衡。但也有小窍门，比如车行看好一部车，   可问他有没有提供保修，保修要多少钱。如果有，你就知到这车不会有大问题，否则他不敢保。

2.       调查旧车的历史记录

不能指望卖主会告诉你全部有关车祸及维修等实情，若不是第一车主，他也不可能全部知道。好在车的转手过户和主要事故都有记录，可以花20~30刀就可任意查一两个月。见 www.carfax.com 或www.autocheck.com 等等。通过车的VIN# 可以查到该车的所有过户记录，主要事故等，但没有上报的小事故就没有记录了。这点钱不能省，要买规定日期内可以随便查，不指定次数的那种。

3.       价格

跟买新车一样，www.kbb.com 提供权威参考。只要跟参考价差不多就行。砍价的空间主要在车的外表，若有撞伤碰伤的地方，你就可以大刀阔斧地砍，因为再美国修body很贵，动不动就上千刀。

4.       验车

a.       找修车铺验

看好车，谈好价。付款前，可以花一百多刀到你指定的修车行验车，他们会给你开出验车报告，若有问题也会告诉你维修费用。但他们只能保证验车的时候没问题，过后不负责。你可以拿着有问题的验车单回到卖家再砍价或不买，验车费打水漂。

b.      自己验车或找懂车的朋友帮着验

这个问题比较棘手，就算懂车也会漏验某些重要部位。为此特列出 Check List如下，带星号的为必验项目。每一项如何验，要有一定经验，篇幅时间有限，不能逐一展开。

5.       验title、付钱、买保险

最后需要验证买车人的驾照姓名和title是否相符，title 上的VIN#和车体上的VIN#（在驾驶员一侧的挡风玻璃地部）是否一致，若有不符，则不能购买。卖方需要写一个简单的购买合同，含卖主姓名，车型，VIN#，里程数，售价和买主的姓名等，有些州的Title上就提供这些信息。填好表签名就行。你最好在本州的DMV网站上索取相关信息，以免误导。

如果卖家当天取消保险，当天因该还有效，否则上好保险再开走。事先应联系好保险公司。
