It's extremely easy to change front rotors and pads. If you change the pads and no vibration then you do not have to do anything to the rotors. If brakes vibrate then you need to do either of the following;

1. If you rotors never resurfaced before, meaning ithey have enough thickness, ask a shop to re-surface your rotors for probably $10-15 per rotor and then install new pads by yourself;

2. If your rotors had been resurfaced before, just buy new rotors and pads and install them by yourself.

Do not ask dealers to resurface since it's the most costly option. If you can not find any shop to turn the rotors for you, just buy new ones and they are much cheaper comparing to dealer resurfacing or replacing rotors.
