you should be able to buy a new window regulator ~$150. Repair by yourself.

I did once and it took me about 45 min. I used about 40 min to figure out how to disassemble the door panel without damage it. Use 5 min to put every part back.

My dealer wanted to charge 1.5 hour labor and 150 for part.
