无忧认为，美国之所以强大的一个主要原因，就是美国人能够反省自己的罪恶，并加以改进，调和和修缮。
美国的历史对印第安人是有最恶的，对黑人也是有最恶的，如今都已经得到了充分的修缮。
在无忧熟读的美国历史里，美国人总是在，反省自己的罪恶，并加以改进，调和和修缮。不断地彰显美国是人类的灯塔。
也就是，用基督教的习惯，总是在忏悔。
