9月23日， 福奇与CDC主任说明年四月应该有7亿只疫苗。 CDC主任还说12月底之前有可能有5千万只疫苗。但不可能给大部分人群。

昨天在CNN说的是，【如果这个疫苗过关了】， 11月底，更可能是12月中后期，可能可以有疫苗给people.

10月26日， 福奇说： 11月底应该知道是否有安全有效的疫苗

要知道，研发跟批量生产是不一样的，时间线也不一样。 疫苗研发出来，还要采购原料，批量生产，组装，分配运输，一大堆的事情要做， 不可能这么短期内做出7亿只疫苗。 现在一个军队的四星上将在做这件事。  

福奇从头到尾都很一致。 要我说估计12月底之前能生产出5千万只是太乐观了。请不要自己没看明白乱诋毁科学家。
