今天的好几个第一次

今天下午去游泳，状态简直不要太好，游出了好几个我自己的第一次，我自己都被惊到了。

1. 今天一下水居然基本没歇气儿地游完了20个来回，而且游完后气息依然平稳，前所未有啊。此前我最好的状态是连着游四个来回，就呼哧带喘了，必须得歇一下才能接着游，一般都是一两个来回就得歇了。特别是星期四那天，第一个来回才游完就只剩倒气儿的份儿了，恨不能当时就死在水里了。

2. 游完20个来回，歇了几分钟，居然啊又连续游了10个来回，也是前所未有的。我给自己定的目标是12-15个来回，争取20个来回，虽然近几次基本都完成20个来回，可每次游完都很累，今天30个来回游完，居然还是轻轻松松。

3. 今天第一次游完了，轻松从水中直接上岸，以往都累得不行，所以都是绕到另外一边从梯子上去。

4. 这个第一次嘛，哈哈，也是前所未有，但不希望有第二次。刚下水游了两下子，系在脖子上的泳衣吊带居然散开了，什么情况呀，赶紧赶忙重新系好，又使劲扯了几下才放心。

左思右想，也没想明白今天为啥状态甚佳，也许一不留神就达到巅峰了，以后也不会超越了？
