In a real world, the employer even acts they can deliberately ruin an employee's life without punishment, because such BOGUS JUSTICE does not work for real justice. Why evaluate so much of some words change in a document? I think when a law is made, people better practice it, otherwise do not make such a fraudulent law to deceive people.
