all races are NOT equal in front of IQ. We Asian Chinese in particular tend to believe that education can improve IQ. No ! Education has nothing to do with IQ 

IQ IS GENETIC CHARACTERISTIC OF HUMAN RACE. 

Different race has different IQ: East Asian >whites >Hispanic > black. It’s been like this since IQ was invented

you have to be above certain level of IQ to be teachable
