Judge: The United States of America has a period of sixty days... to make a formal extradition request. So theoretically that may or may not happen ... If an extradition request is not made within that period, a person is released.

Judge says if there is an extradition hearing, it could take many months or even many years, based on his experience and past court cases.
"We have to consider the reality it could be a year or more than a year, or less."
