根据州法律，每所高中的前6％自动录取. 

90% are in state
8% are OOS
2% are international

州内学生自动录取占75％ ,留下15％的非自动录取州内学生。对于好的高中7％-20％的学生来说，进入UT的竞争变得非常激烈.  如果目标只是UT，那么普通高中是一个更好的选择.
