可以给某些人优惠加分，但把录取率跟人口比例联系，以证明亚裔录取率很高，让人担心。

有人说哈佛亚裔录取率不低？何以看出？跟人口比？这才是我最担心的。

现在有人说司法不公（Sotamayer大法官），因为非裔西语裔inmates比人口多很多，那亚裔少很多，下面要怎么办？司法公正有没有可能被威胁？现在很多城里中学非裔西语裔学生被disciplined的比例远超过人口比例，有bill准备，以后凡是discipline非裔西语裔学生，必须有higher authority review，说是确保没有歧视。这样会不会造成学校reluctant to discipline某些族裔的学生，而对亚裔孩子是以重刑。也出现不同肤色，不同刑罚?

所以还是那句话One standard for all, regardless of skin color 才是对我们亚裔的根本保证。

罪恶根源就是"不同肤色，不同标准"，另一个恶源就是，"跟人口比例挂钩"。以前希特勒就是认为犹太人人口比例低，财富高，才开始Jewish Registry（跟亚裔细分类似）。所以，将司法财富教育按人口比例, 肤色施以不同标准，就是textbook的种族迫害和歧视，是法西斯主义的根源。

现在某些政客，为了选票，置基本道德公平于不顾，打着照顾弱势的旗号，行种族迫害歧视之实。
