Bill Clinton's 'secret love child' appeals to Monica Lewinsky to lend him THAT dress for DNA testing

Danney Williams, 30, claims he is the biological son of Bill Clinton
He is now appealing to Monica Lewinsky to lend him her semen stained dressed for DNA testing
She famously kept the dress following her affair with the then-president
Williams hopes he can use it to prove that Clinton is his father
Rumors about Danney's paternity surfaced not long after his birth in 1985
His mother Bobbie Ann Williams, who was a prostitute, says she is certain Clinton is the father since he was her only white client at the time
A DNA test reported by Star magazine in 1999 stated that Clinton could not possibly be the father of Williams
But others questioned the accuracy of the test which was allegedly based on DNA analysis from the Starr impeachment report
