有没有哪位知道, 投选票时要是国会选举时, 我们州这次参议员只有民主党人,

 

没有别的党的候选人.可我不想选他,可不可以我这一项留空白,还是我非得填一个别的人?

不然的话此票作废?　我已收到州里发来的选票(也许是草样吧)　，那上面要么就是选他,

或是”写一个别的人＂，没有写”弃权：．
